Terms of Service

Effective Date: September 19, 2026

Welcome to Le Minou Creative Studio. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website, submission of project inquiries, purchase of products, authorization of custom work, and other transactions with Le Minou Creative Studio.

Le Minou Creative Studio is operated by Le Minou Shop LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

For purposes of these Terms, “Le Minou,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Le Minou Shop LLC, doing business as Le Minou Creative Studio.

By placing an order, approving a custom project, purchasing a product, or otherwise engaging Le Minou for products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Custom Projects

Le Minou provides creative services that may include custom apparel, business uniforms, team and event apparel, promotional products, signage and graphics, branding, personalized merchandise, rhinestones, embellishment, specialty pieces, and other custom creative work.

Submitting a project inquiry does not guarantee acceptance of a project.

A project is considered accepted after Le Minou confirms the project scope, pricing, specifications, and any required payment or deposit.

Pricing may vary depending on quantity, product selection, artwork requirements, decoration method, materials, complexity, personalization, and requested turnaround time.

2. Quotes and Pricing

Quotes are based on the information available when they are prepared.

Changes to quantities, sizes, colors, products, artwork, materials, decoration methods, personalization, deadlines, or other project specifications may require revised pricing.

Applicable sales tax, shipping, rush charges, specialty materials, design fees, or other project-specific costs may be added when applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, a quote does not guarantee product or material availability.

3. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention

By submitting an order or payment, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Le Minou reserves the right to hold, decline, cancel, or request additional verification for an order that reasonably appears fraudulent, unauthorized, incomplete, or otherwise presents a risk of fraud or payment dispute.

If Le Minou cancels an order for which payment has already been collected, any amount not properly owed for completed work, purchased materials, non-refundable supplier costs, or other authorized charges will be refunded as required by applicable law.

4. Deposits and Payments

Certain custom projects may require a deposit or partial payment before design work begins, materials are purchased, products are ordered, or production begins.

The required deposit, payment schedule, and remaining balance will be stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or project agreement.

Production may be delayed until required payments and approvals are received.

If a customer cancels a custom project after work has begun, Le Minou may retain from amounts already paid the reasonable value of design work already performed, materials or products purchased specifically for the project, non-refundable supplier charges, and other reasonable costs actually incurred in connection with the order.

Any remaining amount owed to the customer will be refunded when required by applicable law.

Once personalization or production has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.

5. Customer Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all proofs, mockups, order information, spelling, names, dates, quantities, sizes, colors, artwork, placement, and other project details before approval.

Once a proof or design has been approved and production has begun, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

Digital proofs and mockups are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product. Exact color, placement, scale, texture, and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, garment construction, materials, production methods, and normal production tolerances.

Approval of a proof confirms that the customer accepts the information and design shown in that proof.

6. Customer-Provided Artwork and Materials

When you provide Le Minou with a logo, photograph, illustration, graphic, trademark, phrase, artwork, or other material, you represent that you own the material or have authorization to use it for the requested project.

You authorize Le Minou to reproduce and use that material as reasonably necessary to design, manufacture, and complete your requested project.

We reserve the right to decline a project if we reasonably believe the requested material may violate intellectual-property rights or applicable law.

7. Claims Relating to Customer-Provided Materials

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a customer who provides artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, phrases, or other materials for reproduction is responsible for claims arising from that customer’s lack of authorization to use those materials.

This provision does not apply to claims resulting from Le Minou’s own unauthorized use or modification of customer-provided materials outside the scope of the customer’s project.

8. Le Minou Designs and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a written project agreement, Le Minou retains its rights in original artwork, illustrations, concepts, layouts, photographs, mockups, templates, production files, graphics, and other original creative material created by Le Minou.

Purchasing a physical product containing a Le Minou design does not by itself transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, license, resell, or commercially exploit the artwork separately.

Some designs may incorporate fonts, graphics, stock assets, licensed elements, customer-provided artwork, or other third-party material. Le Minou does not claim ownership of intellectual-property rights belonging to third parties.

For logo design, brand identity, or other projects where ownership or exclusive usage rights are part of the engagement, the applicable quote or written project agreement will specify the rights granted to the customer.

9. Portfolio and Photography

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Le Minou may photograph completed work and display photographs of finished products in our portfolio, website, social media, or other marketing materials.

If a project contains confidential information or you do not want the finished project publicly displayed, please notify us in writing.

Le Minou will not intentionally publish private customer contact information as part of a portfolio display.

10. Production and Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates unless a particular completion or delivery date has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Production timelines may depend on product availability, supplier schedules, customer approvals, payment, shipping carriers, materials, equipment availability, and other circumstances.

Customers with an event date or deadline should provide that information when submitting the initial project inquiry.

Rush projects may be subject to availability and additional charges.

11. Product Availability

Garments, blanks, sizes, colors, materials, promotional products, specialty items, and other supplies may become unavailable, backordered, or discontinued.

If this occurs before production, Le Minou may contact the customer to discuss a comparable substitute, revised timeline, refund where appropriate, or other available options.

We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product without customer approval when approval is reasonably possible.

12. Handmade and Customized Products

Many Le Minou products involve customization, personalization, hand-finishing, rhinestones, embellishment, specialty decoration, or small-batch production.

Minor variations in placement, appearance, texture, color, stone positioning, or finishing may occur between individual pieces.

Reasonable variations inherent to handmade or customized production are not considered defects.

13. Ready-to-Wear Products

Ready-to-Wear products are offered subject to availability.

Product photographs are intended to represent merchandise as accurately as reasonably possible. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly because of lighting, screen settings, materials, manufacturing differences, and production processes.

Customers are responsible for reviewing available sizing information before purchasing.

Limited-run and small-batch items may not be restocked after selling out.

14. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned or exchanged because of:

  • a change of mind;

  • an incorrect size selected by the customer;

  • incorrect information approved by the customer; or

  • preferences concerning a design or specification previously approved by the customer.

This policy does not apply when an item is defective, damaged before delivery, materially different from the approved order, or when applicable law otherwise provides the customer with a remedy.

If you believe there is a production error, defect, or incorrect item, contact Le Minou promptly with photographs and a description of the issue so we can review it.

Ready-to-Wear merchandise may be governed by a separate return and refund policy displayed at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not permit to be waived.

15. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and shipment estimates are based on information reasonably available when an order is accepted.

If Le Minou becomes unable to ship merchandise within the timeframe represented when the order was placed, we will provide the customer with any delay notice, cancellation option, consent request, or refund required by applicable law.

After an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, carrier transit times may be outside Le Minou’s direct control.

We will reasonably assist customers with eligible shipping issues or carrier claims.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer’s responsibility.

16. Taxes

Applicable sales tax and other legally required taxes may be collected based on the transaction, product, delivery location, and applicable law.

17. Age and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order or authorize a custom project.

If you place an order on behalf of a company, school, organization, team, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to authorize the transaction on that entity’s behalf.

18. Relationship Between These Terms, Quotes, and Invoices

Custom projects may also be governed by an approved quote, invoice, proof, written project agreement, or other project-specific terms.

If a project-specific written term conflicts with these general Terms of Service, the project-specific term will control for that particular project.

19. Website Information

Le Minou makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, photographs, pricing, specifications, and other website information accurate.

Occasional typographical, pricing, technical, or listing errors may occur.

Le Minou reserves the right to correct errors, update information, modify product listings, or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or listing error.

If payment has already been collected for an order Le Minou cancels, the applicable amount will be refunded.

20. Website Use

You may not use this website to engage in fraudulent activity, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts, upload malicious content, or violate applicable law.

Website content may not be copied or commercially exploited except as permitted by law or with appropriate authorization.

21. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, shipping, email communication, analytics, or other business functions.

Those providers may maintain their own terms and privacy policies.

Le Minou is not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Le Minou will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising solely from use of this website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or waives a right, warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, including applicable Texas consumer-protection rights.

23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Le Minou will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances reasonably outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, supplier shortages, widespread service interruptions, government actions, or similar events.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays affecting active orders.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, except where federal law or another applicable law controls.

Nothing in this provision limits consumer rights that applicable law does not permit a customer to waive.

25. Changes to These Terms

Le Minou may update these Terms as our products, services, policies, or website change.

Updated Terms apply prospectively beginning on the effective date shown on this page.

An order or custom project will generally be governed by the Terms in effect when that transaction was entered into unless Le Minou and the customer subsequently agree otherwise.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
